Substitute School Counselors provide coverage for absent Counselors throughout the school district.
Position Hours/Days:
At-Will/On-call, based on the 2026-27
SY Calendar Position Rate of Pay:
Full Day Rate (Greater than 3.75 hrs) = $201.57 Half Day Rate (Less than 3.75 hrs) = $100.78

Job Description Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or University (Verifiable per unofficial Transcripts) - Documentation MUST be uploaded Current Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate, with a School Counselor endorsement Experience working with children in an instructional capacity Ability and desire to work on a constant basis - minimum requirement 4 times a month
