Works with school teachers and administrators to address problems that affect student performance, and identifies resources for students and families. About:
Oregon High School is looking for a licensed school counselor who is able to to fill a long term counseling substitute position from August 17th through November.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Be a student-centered, mission driven educator
  • Be a valuable resource to our students and families in planning for the future
  • Adapt and learn new skills Additional experience/competencies preferred:
  • Student scheduling
  • Ability to work well with students from a variety of backgrounds
Skills Preferred:
  • Equity and Social Justice
  • Student Scheduling Experience
  • Mental Health/Crisis Counseling
  • Career and College Readiness Planning (ACP) The Oregon School District is a growing district with 4000+ students.
