This role offers a structured schedule of 34.7 hours per week with a consistent daily routine: 7:30 AM to 2:40 PM from Monday to Wednesday and Friday, and an early dismissal at 1:30 PM on Thursdays. The position is open for a spring or fall 2026 start date.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic, career, and social-emotional counseling to elementary students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized plans Conduct group and individual counseling sessions Assist in creating a safe, supportive learning environment Utilize data to assess student progress and adjust interventions accordingly

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Current or eligibility for Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction School Counselor license (Code 966 or 54) Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a significant plus but not required Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and families
