About the TeamLittle Tykes Therapeutic Services is an early childhood mental health specialty program that serves young children and their families. Services include psychotherapy, intensive outpatient, and wrap-around services. Services are grounded in trauma-informed practice, developmentally sensitive and relationally based to foster resiliency and positive outcomes. Alaska Behavioral Health is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network site and training hub for childhood mental health and trauma treatment. The successful applicant has an opportunity for training in the ARC Framework and PC-CARE intervention. What Youll DoCollaborate within a dynamic team to lead an Intensive Outpatient Program focused on social-emotional learning.

Develop and execute individual, group, and family activities aimed at promoting positive social interaction and facilitating recovery.

Deliver behavioral health services to children in school and community settings.

Maintain open communication with families and the treatment team to track client progress effectively.

$20.00 to $27.50/hour DOE (see below)This position is eligible for annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.

What We Need from YouClinical Associate I•$20.00•$26.25High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred)Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience working with children, adolescents, and families, with a strong preference for experience in parent training.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.

Clinical Associate II•$21.50•$27.50Bachelors degree in a human-services field such as social work, psychology, or related field.

Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree (minimum of five years).Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Clinical Associate, Case Management, or Peer Support roles.
