Shift 7:30am-4pm
Responsibilities:
Support individuals with job search, placement, and job retention Provide ongoing follow-up support to employees and employers Maintain case notes, employment plans, and required documentation Coordinate with families, counselors, job coaches, and community partners Spend time in the community meeting with clients and employers
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in employment services, social services, or related field preferred Associate degree in social services, mental health, business, or related field preferred Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Google applications and general office software Valid California driver's license required CPR/First Aid certification preferred
