BASIC FUNCTIONS
As the counseling center lead administrator coordinate the development and implementation of college and career pathways for students in collaboration with business and industry partners, community based organizations, community colleges, universities and employer organizations. Provide academic, personal, social and emotional support and counseling to students, parents and appropriate District staff regarding student progress. Ensure proper planning and preparation of the scheduling process around key information including; enrollment projections, allocation of FTE's and curriculum alignment. Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience in the field of education or related field. Experience in master scheduling preferred. Experience working in Career Technical Education programs and/or Regional Occupational Programs, or College and Career Guidance programs. Experience in managing State and Federal budgets.LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Preferred
- Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Administrative Services Credential or in progress in an Administrative Services program
