Maximum salary step placement is step 11 Length of Work Year 195 Days Per Year Employment Type Temporary Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Secondary Education, provide district-wide leadership, coordination, and systemic support to all aspects of the secondary instructional and counseling programs. The Counselor on Special Assignment (COSA) will design a unified, data-driven post-secondary planning pipeline and lead equity-driven initiatives to expand advanced coursework access. This role provides coaching, resource development, and coordination for elementary and secondary teachers, school counselors, and support staff to ensure post-secondary readiness for all students.
