The Counselor on Special Assignment (COSA) will design a unified, data-driven post-secondary planning pipeline and lead equity-driven initiatives to expand advanced coursework access. This role provides coaching, resource development, and coordination for elementary and secondary teachers, school counselors, and support staff to ensure post-secondary readiness for all students.
