Job Coach - Supported Employment

We are seeking a Job Coaches to join our team! This position can either be full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule. You will be responsible to work directly with adults with disabilities on the community. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people to provide support to our clients at their place of employment or at various volunteer sites and community activities. Project Independence:

Must be Covid-19 vaccinated including booster if eligible, or have an approved medical or religious exemption High school diploma or GED Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities, family members and others in a positive and constructive manner Optimistic attitude and ability to give encouraging feedback regularly Willingness to transport clients to various sites Willingness to drive to multiple work locations to provide needed services Must have current CPR and First Aid Training Must pass pre-employment fingerprint, background check Must have reliable transportation with working seatbelts Must have valid driver's license and 3 years driving experience Must have vehicle insurance and clean driving record ​
