Riverside, CA Pay Rate:
$18/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM Must be 25 or older with a clean background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in education , coaching , or disability support strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership , communication , and patience Overview Rise Above Resources is seeking a compassionate and proactive Job Coach to lead small groups of adults in community-based educational and vocational programs. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring individuals—especially those with autism and developmental disabilities—as they build life skills, workplace readiness, and personal confidence. Responsibilities Support participants during community activities , job assignments, and fitness routines Promote independence through structured, goal-oriented programming Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment Serve as a mentor and advocate , assisting clients in daily tasks and professional development
