Job Description
My Job Overview Stepping Stones is seeking Mentors/ Job coaches who are passionate about helping others to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guiding and supporting individuals, particularly in the areas of human services, developmental needs, and social work. As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and assistance to individuals with diverse needs. Duties
- Assist participants with developmental needs overcome barriers and set goals.
- Assist in developing personalized goals and action plans
- Educate and empower individuals to make positive life choices
- Support individuals in overcoming obstacles and achieving personal milestones
- Integrate participants in to their community through social exposure and vocational training.

- Must enjoy helping others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to connect with and motivate individuals with developmental needs.
- Reliable Vehicle that will seat up to 4.
- Empathetic approach towards supporting individuals in need
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications which include Live Scan, Physical, CPR and First Aid Certification.
