HOUSING SERVICES SPECIALIST
is a skilled caseworker, expected to process advanced calculations, address discrepancy reporting and processes, resolve client complaints and back-up the unit supervisor as necessary. Incumbents will manage an assigned caseload and may be assigned caseloads of a variety of specialized housing programs, requiring thorough understanding of Housing Authority policies, HUD regulations, and case management principles and procedures. Skills High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred. Equivalent of three (3) years directly related experience preferably in a housing organization or social service agency. Bilingual preferred. Notes
Salary:
$25.82•$34.86 Hourly (Non-Exempt) Regular Full time position: 9/80 work schedule Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, PERS Retirement, Education Reimbursement, 457 Deferred Comp Plan, Life Insurance, AD&D, 15 paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick accruals.
