Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities become integral members of society, promoting their autonomy and decision-making in choosing activities that enrich their lives. Key Responsibilities Engage with individuals in community activities, supporting them in achieving personal goals and aspirations.- Collaborate closely with clients, providing guidance and encouragement. Implement the approved calendar of community activities, ensuring a diverse range of options. Supervise and be responsible for 1 to 4 individuals during program sessions, maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Advocate for the needs and preferences of each client, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintain accurate records and documentation, preparing necessary reports as required. Foster positive interactions and healthy relationships within the community. Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. Minimum Provider Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred; however, training will be provided. Ability to pass a background check and a drug test. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are necessary. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to adhering to regulations and standards.
Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
