Compensation:

Position Overview:
Transition Specialist (Full-Time, Hourly - Non-Exempt, Florida Resident) You are the face of the transition. You'll be on the ground opening new accounts, overseeing asset transfers, and training clients on new systems. You aren't just "support" you are the lead coordinator making sure the move for the financial advisor is seamless.
Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily in-person meetings with incoming recruit teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Open and establish new client accounts in accordance with firm procedures Manage and oversee the transfer of client assets between firms with accuracy and compliance Serve as the primary point of contact ("Quarterback") coordinating all transition-related activities across stakeholders Build and maintain productive relationships with branch managers, financial advisors, and all parties involved in the transition process Guide clients through required documentation, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner Uphold regulatory and firm compliance standards throughout all phases of each transition Deliver training to new associates and clients on relevant platforms and internal systems
