CareerSource Chipola has an opening for a Success Coach located in the Marianna career center to work with our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs. Previous experience with workforce programs and case management skills are desired. A college degree or significant experience with workforce innovation programs is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required. The successful applicant will be someone interested in helping youth and adults successfully move into the workforce, overcome barriers to employment, and improve their skill level. This case management position will require intensive record keeping, strong interpersonal skills with an ability to be both compassionate and forceful. A passion for helping others is required to be successful. Current staff wishing to apply should submit a cover letter stating their interest in the position to Debby Wood. Additional testing will be required. Outside applicants must be registered in Employ Florida, complete a pre-employment application, typing and a customer service mindset test. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel in a work environment is a must. Applicants may take the typing and customer service mindset test at Marianna or Chipley career center with an appointment. The successful applicant will be required to pass a drug screen and an appropriate background check.
