Assess participants' interests, skills, education, employment goals, and barriers to success. Develop individualized career and employment plans. Assist participants with job searches, applications, resumes, interviews, and workplace readiness. Connect youth with education, vocational training, internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities. Maintain accurate participant records, case notes, and required program documentation. Conduct outreach and follow-up with participants to encourage engagement and successful outcomes. Build relationships with employers, training providers, schools, and community organizations. Provide supportive services and referrals to help participants overcome barriers to employment and education. Attend staff meetings, trainings, community events, and other program activities as required. Required Qualifications Experience working with youth, young adults, workforce development, career services, case management, education, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English is required. Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or similar computer applications. Ability to maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel locally to meet with participants, employers, partners, and community organizations as needed.
