Job Description

Location:
St. Illa | 3455 Harris Rd., Waycross Closing date: open until filled
Annual Salary:
Commensurate with education and credentials •$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of hire; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees. •
Job Description:
Responsible for providing behavioral health assessments, intake, and therapy; groups and crisis intervention services to individuals on the Temp Observation and Crisis Stabilization Units. Position is part of a 2-year grant that expires December 2026.
Anticipated Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Competencies:
Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Master's degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service-related position. Full licensure preferred (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points. Preference for experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.
