Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Procurement Services department at Iowa State University (ISU) is seeking qualified candidates for Card Services Coordinator (Program Specialist I). This position works as part of the card services team to assist University employee cardholders and work with US Bank.
Responsibilities of this position:
assist cardholders with questions, card declines, limit changes, and lost or stolen cards, review card applications, audit card transactions, monitor overdue transactions, review gift card orders and assist with the gift card program. The successful candidate will have the ability to obtain thorough working knowledge of Workday, the US Bank system, as well as its procurement policies, processes, and procedures to interpret, problem solve and provide responses to customer's inquiries; form positive working relationships with cardholders; and self-direct to achieve their goals as well as work collaboratively as a member of a team. The successful candidate will possess superior communication skills and be able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
