This role works with supervisors and natural supports at area businesses to reinforce their expectations by assisting the employed individual. The Job Coach works as part of a comprehensive team, sharing progress and completing documentation for the services provided. Applicants must be 18 years of age, show proof of high school graduation, and have six months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. A satisfactory driving record and a valid driver's license are required to be insured. Applicant must acquire and maintain a D-3 license.
