Cedar Rapids is currently looking to hire a Job Coach and DSP for their day program. This position would work regular office hours (M-F 8:00 to 4:30) Key Responsibilities As a Job Coach you will: Build and maintain relationships with business partners when providing on-the-job training for individuals working in the community. Oversee that individuals served are completing assignments per the requirements of business partners. Problem solve independently while providing oversight to individuals at the job site. Establishes positive relationships with individuals served as indicated by quality communication, commitment to individual rights and responsibilities, appropriate interactions, and ability to create a balanced relationship with clear boundaries that allows for relating on fundamental levels. Acts as an advocate for individuals served. Requirements Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Driving record that is acceptable is required.
