Job Coach Empowering Abilities - 3.4 Davenport, IA Job Details Full-time $15.50 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 403(b) Referral program Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Fun work environment Relationship Building Able to work 1 on 1 or with small groups of individuals Plays a vital role in connecting people to their community Starting wage is $15.50/hr As a Job Coach, you will work with individuals with disabilities to teach job duties, provide on‑the‑job support, and promote independence, and also help with employment-related tasks such as writing resumes, filling out applications, and practicing for interviews. Candidate must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation. HS diploma or GED required.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. Must be able to work a flexible or rotating schedule between the hours of 5:30am-8pm. This position will work approximately 1 out of every 3-5 weekends.
