Job Coach The Arc of Southeast Iowa - 4.1 North Liberty, IA Job Details Part-time $14 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Employee relationship building High school diploma or GED Driver's License Direct support Associate's degree Full Job Description Part-Time Job Coach The Arc of Southeast Iowa The Arc of Southeast Iowa is hiring Part-Time Job Coaches to support adults with disabilities at their community employment sites. We currently have hours available in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and Tiffin/Oxford area.
What You'll Do:
Support individuals at their jobs while helping them build skills, independence, and confidence Follow individualized service plans and provide direct, on-site coaching Complete required documentation and communicate updates to supervisors Maintain confidentiality and respond calmly to emergencies Promote client rights and teach employment-related skills
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 months of relevant experience Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid Iowa driver's license and insured vehicle preferred Ability to complete required training within 6 months If you're looking for a meaningful part-time role where you can make a real difference , we encourage you to apply today!
