Job Coaches work one-on-one with our customer employees while on the job, teaching job skills while doing a variety of tasks. Weekend availability is a must. Qualifications:

Be at least 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma or equivalent An Associate's degree in a human services related field is preferred Be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle and automobile insurance Able to pass a required background check which includes: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse, criminal record, and driving record checks Experience working with people with mental health, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities preferred Personal computer knowledge is essential: Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education/Duties:

Must complete a series of paid company trainings while shadowing/learning on the job skills from other job coaches at the work site.
