$49,000 - $52,000 per /year (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation Duties and Responsibilities Provide support and assistance to clients and home care aides Manage large caseloads efficiently and prioritize duties Maintain and update clientele files and required documentation Build professional relationships with case managers and case management units Help expand business through word-of-mouth and networking Conduct home visits in Hanover Park and surrounding suburbs Availability on weekends and after hours Skills and Abilities Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers and external organizations Strong case management and task prioritization skills Ability to travel within DuPage and Cook County regularly and outside as required Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish strongly preferred) Strong documentation and reporting skills Understanding of caregiver and participant needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Sahara Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
