Schedules procedures and appointments Updates and manages scheduling files and patient data. Coordinates patient placements and reschedules as needed. Proficient in cadence scheduling and multi-tasking. Handles inquiries, updates accounts, and ensures billing accuracy. Creates guarantors and verifies insurance coverage. Completes coverage training and verifies insurance eligibility
Education and Experience:
High School Graduate or GED required.
Preferred Certification/License/Experience:
Procedure scheduling experience helpful.
