Job Description
Are you ready to help people with mental health challenges find and keep competitive jobs within the community? Do you believe employment can be a powerful part of mental health recovery? If so, we encourage you to apply for the Supported Employment Specialist position at Radiant Health! In this role, you will use the evidence-based Supported Employment model to help clients identify their career interests and goals, assist with resumes, and provide job coaching and support. You will develop relationships with employers, attend networking events, and educate employers on mental health and hiring benefits. This includes providing documentation of immunization status, completing required health screenings, and adhering to communicable disease prevention protocols applicable to the role and work environment. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment support services, vocational rehabilitation, or related fields. Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is highly desirable.
