Therapist I, MST

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Bachelor's Degree considered with experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once. Must live within a 30-45 minute travel time from the designated service area. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans. Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.
