Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training for new employees, both in classrooms and at various offices Conduct training for existing employees in new processes, policies and procedures as needed Conduct Product Knowledge training Attend all CSR meetings Maintain CSR minutes to include uploading and assigning in Elearning Maintain the CSR department intranet page Maintain the TCB Academy folder on the

drive Maintain CSR outlook email group and CSR Teams chat Maintain Card@once supply orders for all Banking Centers Develop and administer training assessments for CSRs Process new hire account through ROSIE to include training on all account types Assist in training employees on the bank's core processing system Assist in maintaining the TCB Academy Intranet page updates Assist in maintaining all training manuals and distributing updates, in addition to posting on the intranet page Assist the Teller/Operations Career Specialist as needed with TOP updates, classes, and guidelines. Assist with Vericast check order verifications Assist with maintaining the aesthetic of TCB Academy Serve as backup administrator for the CSI eLearning Program Serve as backup Teller Trainer Serve as ROSIE back up when all other duties have been fulfilled Comply with and assist others in complying with all relevant laws, regulations and policies. Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations as they pertain to the functions of this position
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in setting up for meetings in TCB Academy to include equipment knowledge Create new manuals as needed Responsible for maintaining individual P.E.P. monthly Assist the bank in efforts to obtain and retain customers Conduct duties and responsibilities in a manner that supports the bank's profitability goals, including helping the bank not to lose money and helping the bank save money by improving job processes and achieving operational excellence Adequate cross training in all job duties has been considered. Backup to other training needs as requested Other duties as assigned by Management
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this position: The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; stand; sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Some travel is expected in this position
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required CSR and/or Teller experience preferred Provide continuous up-to-date training to CSRs. This position will also require working knowledge of CSR role and could perform back-up CSR and/or Rosie duties in the banking centers as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
