Job Description
NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a Reentry Specialist Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple reentry and case management programs in partnership with the Essex County Sheriff's Department. This role plays a critical part in supporting justice-involved individuals through high-quality, evidence-based services that promote successful community reintegration. The Reentry Specialist Supervisor will oversee service delivery across several locations, including the Middleton Jail and House of Correction, Essex County Pre-Release and Re-entry Center, Women in Transition Center, and Supporting Transition and Reentry (STAR) programs in Lynn and Lawrence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of clinical and case management services across designated programs within the ECSD reentry continuum Supervise, coach, and support Reentry & Case Management Specialists and operational staff Deliver direct reentry and case management services as needed Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices through training, supervision, and direct observation Monitor compliance with NFI MA and ECSD policies, procedures, and performance standards Conduct regular record reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of assessments and treatment plans Coordinate with custody and clinical teams to ensure effective communication and service integration Facilitate interdisciplinary case planning meetings, case reviews, and documentation processes Support crisis prevention and intervention planning Monitor and ensure quality of group services through ongoing evaluationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in corrections, substance use, mental health, or behavioral health settings Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teamsSalary:
