Developmental Specialist (Classroom Lead) Randolph, MA |Raynham, MA Are you passionate about helping adults with developmental disabilities gain independence? Join us at the May Center for Adult Services Day Habilitation in Randolph, MA, or Raynham, MA, as a Developmental Specialist (Classroom Lead) and make a meaningful impact every day! What You'll Do Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development. Implement behavioral support plans and track progress. Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining. Provide safe transportation for community outings. Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations. What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Behavioral experience preferred. Valid driver's license with two years of experience preferred.
