Job Description

Vocational Coordinator Under the direction of the Director of Vocational Services, the Vocational Coordinator is responsible for the overall implementation of Vocational services for students in their assigned teams.
General Job Responsibilities :
Train teachers and job coaches on vocational jobs Maintains in-house jobs in the Career Development Center and school jobs Schedule in-house job coverage for students Maintain necessary materials for the Career Development Center Participate in Vocational department projects and department meetings Communicates effectively with all other school personnel Attend assessment meetings and IEP for caseload/develop CPL/vocational objectives/monitor student progress Implement vocational training for students on assigned teams Maximize independence and integration of students at worksites On-shift responsibilities averaging 16 hours weekly for job site coverage in school and community
Qualifications :
