5347680 The purpose of this position is to provide a professional level of student support services ranging from academic/occupational advising, case management and employer engagement in order to successfully support student completion, and successful outcomes for employers, funders, grants, and contracts. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

June 2, 2026 Bachelor's degree in business, social services, human services, counseling, or similar area and two (2) years of experience in employment development, student or career services required. Master's degree preferred Provide direct supervision and evaluation to assigned PT Associate and adjunct faculty staff. Establish goals and objectives for operations consistent with CCBC's mission. Monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain department records and files, as required. Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations. Represent and promote the college at networking events, affinity groups, and business and industry associations. Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.
