Academic Success Advisor:

Workforce Development position. The Academic Success Advisor helps students explore academic, career, and transfer options that meet their future life goals. This position strongly supports the College's retention and degree completion initiatives through individual and group advising sessions and programming. This position serves as the student success liaison to the College's workforce development programs, working closely with students as they explore academic and career options. Occasional travel to satellite campuses. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelor's Degree in education, counseling, psychology, human resources, or related field. A minimum of one (1) year of work-related experience. Garrett College is located 180 miles west of Baltimore and 120 miles south of Pittsburgh. The College is within walking distance of scenic Deep Creek Lake and the Wisp Ski Resort. Initial salary placement range is $50,008 to $59,441 . Placement is based on relevant experience. Outstanding benefits package is available shortly upon hire.
