In this mission-driven, student-centered role, you will coordinate ADA-compliant accommodations, conduct disability-related intake and assessments, and develop individualized plans that remove learning and participation barriers. You will collaborate closely with instructors, counselors, and support staff, maintain accurate documentation, provide disability awareness training, and advocate for inclusive practices that help young adults gain skills, confidence, and self-sufficiency in a structured environment.
