We're seeking a talented individual who is customer-focused to join our team as a Floating Customer Relations Representative based out of Portland, ME! Stepping into this role, you'll play an instrumental part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers while growing your career. You'll identify opportunities to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base. In our Float positions, you'll also have the unique opportunity to spend time and collaborate with our teams in our various branches throughout the greater Portland area. You'll build relationships with our different communities and you'll fast-track your experience and development. What you should bring:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Previous cash-handling experience. Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships. Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems. Self-motivated and driven individuals who thrive in a team environment. Availability for a Saturday morning rotation is necessary. Ability to travel in between branches. Ability to travel to Norway, ME for training. . Pay:

Positions starting at $19.00 per hour with flexibility commensurate with experience. .
