Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately track student attendance and assist teachers with classroom behavior management.

Ensure the safe movement of students between classrooms, buses, and the baseball field, coordinating with staff for smooth transitions.

Teach baseball fundamentals, including hitting, catching, throwing, and fielding, through engaging drills that promote teamwork and skill development.

Engage students in weekly activities that foster social-emotional learning and relationship building.

Efficiently distribute breakfast and lunch to students and maintain accurate meal counts for reporting.

Conduct daily assessments of student well-being and engagement, providing reflective feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Previous experience working with students in grades 1st to 8thAbility to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues

Schedule and Compensation:
