In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring the neurological function of patients during surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and minimizing the risk of nerve damage. Working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals, you will provide real-time data on nerve activity, helping to guide surgical decisions and ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in health sciences who are looking to gain experience in the operating room. Synapses IOM offers comprehensive on-the-job training, ensuring that you gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in health-related field CNIM certification preferred, but not required Have two (2) or more years of experience in IONM preferred, but not required Knowledge of neuroanatomy, physiology, neuroscience and pathophysiology preferred This is a great opportunity to join a highly team-oriented healthcare group that will provide stability and a path for strong professional development.
