Associate's degree or min of 60 college credits Experience in working with at-risk youth in an urban, multicultural community Experience with customer service or interpersonal services Criminal History background check Successful recommendation resources Pre-employment physical may be requiredPreferred:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education or human services Multiple years of experience working with at-risk students in a school setting Bilingual English/Spanish with oral and written language fluency in both languages.Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Extensive training/experience in relevant youth work. Demonstrated soft skills as an employee:- -High percentage of attendance

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full time 40 hours/week.Starting range:
$39,412.00- 58,503.00.
