Overview The Job Coach will support people with disabilities in finding, learning, and maintaining meaningful employment. A Job Coach provides individualized assistance such as job searching, resume development, interview preparation, workplace training, and support with job responsibilities. Job coaches also work with employers to promote successful communication, reasonable accommodation, and an inclusive work environment. A Job Coach helps individuals build skills, increase independence, and achieve long-term success in the workplace.
