We are a private non-profit Human Services agency that provides a wide array of disability services. We have a large geographic footprint with several locations across central and northwestern MN and have many employment opportunities within our programs. Our services are Person Centered, and we strive to embrace Best Practices in everything we do. We are committed to an employee friendly culture and flexibility that supports work life balance. We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for part time Job Coach positions in our Fergus Falls location. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer, and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends.
