What You ll Do As an Employment Specialist, you will lead and implement all phases of vocational services, including:

• Developing individualized employment plans based on client strengths and goals
• Building relationships with local employers and community partners
• Identifying job opportunities and matching candidates to positions
• Supporting job placement, retention, and long-term success
• Educating employers about disability inclusion and workplace accommodations
• Maintaining knowledge of assistive technology and workplace supports
• Reviewing vocational, medical, educational, and psychological information to guide planning
• Conducting client orientations and weekly one-on-one goal meetings
• Participating in team planning meetings
• Completing documentation in compliance with program and funding guidelines This role blends job development, career coaching, advocacy, and case coordination. What You Bring Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver s license and current auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks Preferred
• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in social services, education, behavioral health, rehabilitation, human resources, marketing, or related field
• Experience in case management, employment services, sales, recruiting, HR, or workforce development
• Knowledge of disability services and community resources
