Job Description

Founded in 2009, Granite Pathways began as a grass-roots initiative that introduced the "clubhouse" model in New Hampshire, an evidence-based, self-help community, aimed at eliminating isolation and providing hope, dignity, and recovery options for adults with mental illness. Granite Pathways today is a multi-faceted, statewide organization that provides an array of services for those struggling with mental illness or substance use disorders. Position Summary The Recovery Specialist II is a position supporting clients with connecting to treatment services, Peer Recovery Coaching, assessing needs, care coordination, recovery planning, work readiness assessing, vocational training, and other employment support services. The Recovery Specialist II will support individuals seeking recovery support services, educational and/or vocational training, and workforce opportunities. This position will also support the required data collection, metrics tracking and reporting, along with continued quality improvements. The Recovery Specialist II will also facilitate group and individual Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) supervision. Ideal candidates will have CRSW licensure for two years' and experience in delivering peer recovery services, vocational and education support, administrative functions, and have completed Motivational Interviewing training.
Compensation:
$21-23/hr Responsibilities Direct Client Services Deliver Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS) to individuals at all stages in recovery. Assess client needs and deliver care coordination based on needs. Develop Recovery and Employment plans with clients. Document all client activities within Electronic Medical Records. Maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR Compliance at all times. Strong command of ethical responsibility in nativating boundaries with vulnerable client populations. Ability to identify and escalate ethical considerations for appropriate support and supervision Utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques when delivering PRSS. Perform Medicaid billing and compliance within delivering PRSS services. CRSW Supervision Deliver CRSW Supervision to PRSS workforce, individually and group focusing on the CRSW Domains and application to PRSS services. Document and retain supervision records for licensure and renewal purposes. Complete CRSW Supervision agreements with each PRSS staff and file with the OPLC (Office of Professional Licensure Certification), Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals. Attend mandatory supervision sessions. Program Support & Collaboration Participate in team meetings, learning collaboratives, and professional development opportunities. Contribute to the development of all programming. Maintain performance indicators and contribute to program reporting and compliance. Exhibit qualities of dependability, empathy, respect, and maintain a positive working environment. Duties Maintain a caseload of individuals with a goal of recovery. Develop, grow and maintain relationships with community partners. Complete timely and accurate documentation of work with individuals. Meet or exceed Key Performance Metrics. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET CRSW Licensure, minimum of two years Direct or indirect lived experience with Substance Use and/or Mental Health Trained in Motivational Interviewing Knowlegable with Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiatives Reliable transportation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrable knowledge of the mission, vision, and goals of Granite Pathways and The Fedcap Group and execution of relevant policies and procedures. strong organizational and administration skills. professional verbal and written communication. Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and ADP.
