These are full-time positions where you will work Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM and earn $50,000 per year. Plus, you will enjoy weekly pay and health insurance options. Your responsibilities as a Vocational Job Counselor will include identifying specific job openings that match individuals' skills and interests, maintaining relationships with employers who provide opportunities for disabled employees, and: Scheduling calls and meetings with employers regarding the onboarding process of developmentally disabled individuals. Assessing each client and developing career plans depending on physical, communicational, transportational, and financial barriers and making accommodations, as needed. Assisting clients with resumes, job applications, interviews, and training. Documenting and updating each client and their corresponding employer into the CareLogic software. To qualify for these positions, you must have at least three (3) years of related job development and coaching experience as well as an associate degree in a related field. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or sociology is preferred but not required.

You must also have:

A valid driver's license. The ability to work overtime, as needed. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. The ability to quickly and calmly respond to crises and emergency situations.
