Job Description

COME JOIN OUR TEAM!
La Casa Community Behavioral Health Services is accepting applications for a regular, full-time Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist. This position provides an array of services designed to help individuals recognize strengths, develop coping skills and develop a network of supports in order to achieve as normal a level of functioning as possible. Provides structured classroom instruction in basic living skills, development psychosocial skills training, therapeutic socialization, vocational/educational services and family services. Responsible for recovery management of individual cases from intake through discharge. Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. La Casa is an EOE.
Educational Requirements:
Associate of Arts degree in Human Services or related fields, plus two years' experience in providing services in the functional area taught (e.g., psychosocial education, basic living skills, etc.) preferred or High school degree/GED and four years of experience providing services in the functional area being taught; and one year of experience working with individuals with SMI or co-occurring disorders
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
