Job Description The Student Conduct Coordinator will report to the Student Conduct Program Director and is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive student conduct training programs and assisting with the student conduct process from intake to resolution. This role requires strong interpersonal and human relations skills with the ability to apply a holistic approach when working with students, faculty, and staff.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive student conduct training programs for campus stakeholders Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff on student conduct issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution Assist with the Student Conduct Complaint and Incident intake process, gathering necessary information and evidence Assist with investigations, evidence gathering, resolutions, and referrals Manage student conduct holds, including placement and removal as needed Support student hearings, appeals, and emergency removals, ensuring fair and consistent application of college policies Foster collaborative relationships with University Police, Human Resources, Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Counseling, Disability Resource Center, and other stakeholders Stay informed about TMCC programs and resources to make effective referrals for students in need Maintain accurate and up-to-date student conduct records in Maxient Assist with maintaining the Student Conduct website and student conduct policies and procedures within the college catalog Participate as a member of the Behavior Intervention Team, serving as the Chair when needed Engage in ongoing professional development through NABITA membership and other relevant training opportunitiesDecisions and Judgments:

Salary:

TMCC is proud to provide a reduced-rate tuition benefit to faculty and qualified dependents. Faculty can take up to six credits per semester at a reduced rate.
