We're looking for a passionate TEAP Counselor to support students at Job Corps through substance use education, prevention, and early intervention. In this role, you'll help students build healthier habits, overcome challenges, and stay on track toward their education and career goals. What You'll Do Conduct substance use screenings, assessments, and intakes Provide individual and group counseling focused on prevention and education Lead engaging workshops, groups, and classroom-style sessions Create and manage individualized case plans to support student success Monitor progress and connect students with additional resources as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation (HIPAA compliant) Partner with wellness staff and center leadership to support student outcomes Support a safe, drug-free environment, including drug testing program oversight Other duties as assigned What You Bring CASAC-T or CASAC certification (required) Passion for working with young adults and supporting personal growth Strong counseling, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality A collaborative mindset and commitment to student success Why Join Us?
