Job Description
We are seeking a Work Readiness Facilitator to provide life skills, employment readiness, and financial empowerment training to individuals preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate group workshops focused on work readiness, life skills, and employment success Motivate and engage participants in both classroom and workshop settings Track attendance, participation, and program progress Collaborate with employment and vocational services teams Assist participants in identifying goals and overcoming barriers to employment Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Services, Education, Social Work, or related field Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, facilitation, or workforce development experience Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
