Hours :
40 Hrs. per week, dependent on client needs. This is a full time, year round position.
Hourly Rate :
$18.70 AA, 19.68 BA Help individuals turn their goals into opportunities. Are you passionate about helping people discover their strengths, overcome barriers, and build a path toward a brighter future? Child Focus is looking for a Job Navigator to support participants in our Work Readiness Program (WRP) as they explore education, career, and employment opportunities. In this role, you'll help participants identify their interests and skills, develop individualized education and career plans, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. You'll be a trusted source of encouragement, guidance, and connection as they build confidence and work toward greater independence.
Candidates will:
Build positive, supportive relationships with program participants, encouraging their growth, independence, and success. Demonstrate a passion for helping individuals achieve their education and career goals and reach their full potential. Recognize and build upon individual strengths, interests, and abilities when helping participants explore career and employment opportunities. Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-through skills when tracking progress, maintaining plans, and coordinating services. Work cooperatively with other team members and community partners to connect participants with resources, training, and employment opportunities.

Requirements Degree Required:
Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred),
Additional Requirements:
Registration with OCCRRA is required upon hire. Successful completion of a background check, physical examination, and drug screening is required upon hire.
