Job Developer - Montgomery/Greene/Clark County Areas

URS is seeking an experienced Job Developer that will assist adults with disabilities or other special needs in obtaining community-based employment primarily in the areas of Montgomery, Greene, and Clark Counties. The person for this position will be able to develop job seeking skills, job placement options and job coaching opportunities for the individuals we serve and will also provide interventions that assist clients in maintaining employment, such as job/task analysis and skills training. Experience performing evaluations and/or client assessments is preferred. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required. Experience working with RSC/OOD and MSD populations is also preferred. For over 65 years, United Rehabilitation Services (URS) has provided a comprehensive continuum of services to meet the needs of children, adults, and seniors with developmental and acquired disabilities throughout the Greater Dayton Region.
