Job Description

Fortis College Westerville is seeking a high energy, detail-oriented, and motivated Career Services Representative for our Medical Assisting, Radiologic Technology and Surgical Technology programs. Prior career services or recruiting or experience as an
MA/RT/ST
highly preferred. Prior experience in Allied Health is preferred. This individual will be responsible for career and employment assistance for all students/graduates to ensure placement goals are met. Outstanding communication, organization, and follow up skills are also necessary.
Responsibilities include:
Provide career assistance through the delivery of classroom employability workshops. Personal advisement in general career exploration, decision-making, Resume writing and job search skills. Tracking data for reporting Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with employers to ensure ample opportunity is available. Organize and maintain detailed employment information on all graduates and track placement rates for each program. Cultivate relationships with all school and corporate personnel. College degree preferred but will train qualified individuals. Please submit a cover letter, detailed resume.
