Job Description

About us Help Works, Inc is a nonprofit business in Pawhuska, OK serving Osage County and the surrounding communities. We are professional, engaging, collaborative and our goal is to empower individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to achieve full life experiences.
Our work environment includes:
Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Safe work environment Sign-On/Referral bonus Our Vocational Assistant (Job Coach) staff are expected to provide support for vocational programming in the home and community settings.
Including:
Teaching skills identified in needs assessments Improve marketable skills by teaching and modeling appropriate interactions Maintain a therapeutic environment Demonstrate positive interactions with individuals, staff, vendors, and the community.
Requirements:
